K7D is a vintage tape delay effect plugin for iOS that offers both power and affordability. Designed by Imaginando, it faithfully replicates the hardware echo machines of the past with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a warm, full-bodied analog sound.
What sets K7D apart is its sleek and modern interface, providing enhanced control and a whole new world of creative possibilities. With K7D, you can easily achieve that distinctive analog flavor that classic hardware delays are known for.
Imaginando's dedication to capturing the essence of classic hardware delays is evident in every aspect of K7D. They have studied and analyzed the tiniest details, painstakingly recreating every subtle nuance to deliver an incredibly authentic sound.
K7D is available as both a standalone app and an audio unit plugin, making it compatible with digital audio stations for iOS such as Garage Band, AUM, Cubasis, Auria, Audiobus, and more.

- Dual playhead analog modeled delay ranging from 1ms to 1 sec, featuring noise, tape distortion, and mechanical vibration models
- Modeled microphone input with pre-amp saturation
- Normal and Ping Pong modes
- Optimized gain staging and saturation algorithms for musical results
- Delay time spread between heads and stereo width control
- High pass and low pass filters on the feedback path
- Powerful LFO bipolar time modulation with multiple waveforms (sine, triangular, saw, square, sample and hold, filtered sample and hold), with the option of inverted LFO phase on the second play head for added stereo imaging
- Delay time syncable with BPM
- Possibility of delay time modulation via incoming MIDI notes
- Oscilloscope visualization of audio waveform and LFO waveform
